LimitPix sells digital images. These images will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during the checkout process.2.2. Usage Rights:
Purchasing a digital product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the image for both personal and commercial purposes. However, the image cannot be resold or sublicensed.2.3. No Refunds:
Due to the nature of digital products, LimitPix does not offer refunds once the product has been delivered.3. Ordering Process
3.1. Checkout Information:
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and valid email address information during the checkout process to ensure proper delivery of the digital products.3.2. Delivery:
Digital products will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. LimitPix is not responsible for any errors in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.4. Intellectual Property
4.1. Ownership:
All images sold on LimitPix are the intellectual property of OPSoft Bt.4.2. Prohibited Uses:
You may not resell or sublicense the image. Other than that restriction, you may use the image for personal or commercial purposes.5. Limitation of Liability
LimitPix shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary.
7. Changes to Terms
OPSoft Bt. reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
